Some forms of clarity cannot be reached by thinking harder.

There is a deeper intelligence available when the noise begins to quieten.

Some forms of change begin in the body, in the nervous system, and in the energetic and emotional patterns that shape how you live, relate, and respond. They require stillness, honesty, and a space where deeper truth can emerge.

book your clarity call

For when you need to access what sits beneath thought.

There are times when the logical mind can only take you so far.

You may understand your patterns and still feel unable to shift them. You may know something is misaligned without being able to explain why. You may sense that the answers you are looking for will not come from more analysis, more effort, or more control.

Because not everything can be reached through thinking alone. Some forms of clarity emerge more slowly. More honestly. Through the body, the nervous system, the emotional field, and the deeper layers of perception that sit beneath surface thought.

For many high-functioning people, intuition has been trained out of them in favour of analysis, speed, and control.

But intuition is not the opposite of intelligence.

It is often a deeper form of intelligence — a way of sensing truth, pattern, and misalignment beneath the surface noise.

Part of this work is helping people reconnect with their own intuition — not as something vague, performative, or “spiritual” in the superficial sense, but as a deeper form of inner awareness.

Intuition is not the opposite of intelligence.

There is a kind of knowing that becomes available when mental noise settles, the nervous system softens, and you can sense more clearly what is true, what is misaligned, and what is ready to change.

This is not about thinking less.

It is about having the time - and space - to unlock more of yourself.

So much of modern life conditions people to privilege speed, mental control, and rational explanation above every other way of knowing.

Over time, which can create a profound separation from the body, from intuition, and from the quieter forms of truth that live beneath constant thought.

This work helps restore that connection.

Not by rejecting the mind, but by placing it back in relationship with deeper forms of awareness. The result is often greater clarity, steadiness, and a more honest relationship with yourself.

You do not need to identify as spiritual to do this work.

You only need to sense that something in you is ready to be met more deeply, in a way that is grounded, private, and real.

My work draws from a range of embodied, intuitive, energetic, and reflective practices developed through years of personal study and experience. These approaches are used in service of something practical: helping people quiet internal noise, reconnect with deeper clarity, and access forms of awareness that often sit beneath constant mental activity.

I work in a way that is grounded, intuitive, and deeply attentive to the emotional, energetic, and relational patterns that shape a person’s experience. These practices support greater clarity, self-awareness, and transformation, helping people access quieter forms of truth and intelligence that often sit beneath surface thought.

Each session is shaped around the person in front of me, what they are carrying, and what is ready to be seen, softened, released, or understood more deeply.  The modality matters less than the quality of attention and the depth of what becomes possible through it.

Ways to work together

  • Private Session A one-to-one session for inner clarity, energetic support, intuitive guidance, and deeper self-contact.
  • Clarity & Integration Session - A deeper session for people navigating transition, misalignment, inner pressure, or a significant threshold.
  • Inner Work Intensive - A short series of sessions for those wanting more sustained support in accessing deeper truth, integration, and transformation.
  • Ongoing Private Support - For people who want a deeper one-to-one container for continued inner work over time.

This is private work. Quiet work. Work that asks for honesty, readiness, and trust.

I hold this work with seriousness, care, and deep respect for the intelligence of the body, the nervous system, and the inner life.

When the right conditions are present, something begins to shift. What has been tightly held can start to soften.

What has been hidden can begin to surface. What has felt confusing or unreachable can become clearer. Not always through dramatic breakthrough, but often through a deeper settling, a more honest contact with yourself, and a growing capacity to feel what is true without turning away from it. That is where true intuition begins.

Not inperformance. Not in force. But in presence.

Intuitive Practices

Intuitive work involves learning to listen beneath surface thought and reconnect with subtler forms of perception, emotional truth, and inner knowing. In my work, intuition is approached as a grounded human capacity rather than something performative or abstract.

Energy Alignment

Energy Alignment is a professional wellbeing practice designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and enhanced self-awareness. Used as a complementary modality within personal and leadership development, it helps create the internal conditions for greater clarity, balance, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Energetic and Embodied Modalities

Energetic modalities workrecognise that our emotional, relational and physical experiences are interconnected, and that not everything we carry can be understood or shifted through thinking alone. Ian draws on a range of approaches, including Reiki, to support deeper awareness, release and integration. The work is gentle and responsive, creating space to quieten the nervous system, notice what may be held beneath the surface, and allow greater clarity and self-understanding to emerge. There is nothing to force and nowhere you are expected to get to. The work simply creates the conditions for something different to become possible.

Spiritual Development

Spiritual development, as I understand it, is less about adopting beliefs and more about deepening awareness, presence, honesty, and connection with oneself and life more broadly. It is often a process of becoming more integrated, more conscious, and more aligned.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing does not begin with performance, and transformation does not happen through insight alone.

Alongside my work in leadership and advisory contexts, I have spent years immersed in embodied, intuitive, energetic, and spiritual practice.

This has given me a way of working that is both grounded and deep, able to meet people not only in their thinking, but in the emotional, energetic, and relational patterns that shape how they live.

Intuition isn’t the opposite of good judgement.

Sometimes it’s what experience knows before the evidence has caught up.

Ultimately, this work exists in service of greater clarity, deeper alignment, emotional integration, and more conscious ways of living and leading.

It is not separate from life or leadership.

It is part of becoming more fully present within both.
